inspector, with extensive training and 12 years experience in the
housing industry. HOME-AIDE Inspections, LLC conducts an inspection
that meets NAHB performance guidelines, as well as meeting ASHI and
NAHI standards. Services include existing homes and homes under various
phases of construction. Available are pre-listing, pre-purchase, homebuilder’s
warranty, home-maintenance, and NAHB Performance Guideline inspections.
