HOME-AIDE Inspections, LLC is owned and operated by Bruce Leavitt. Bruce is a certified independent home inspector, and a member of IHINA (Independent Home Inspectors of North America.) He has extensive training and over 15 years experience in the housing industry. Bruce received his training at A Better School of Home Inspection in Salt Lake City, UT, where he completed the One, Two, New Construction, and Commercial levels of the Professional Building Inspection Curriculum. Bruce is also a former Colorado Realtor, having completed courses at Jones Real Estate College and Peltz Plan Real Estate School. He has extensive construction and cabinetry background, and is dedicated and honest, with high work ethic and integrity.  

Bruce and his wife Cathy have been married 35 years. They have 3 children, and 10 grandchildren.
